These are the things I value in a car body shop: knowledge of my particular make & model, honesty/transparency in diagnosing and recommending fixes with reasonable costs, easy communication throughout and strong follow through. You give me that and I'll never go anywhere else. And that's exactly how I'd describe Best Service Auto Body. Both Alex and Yuro are awesome at what they do. I've been there twice with a 2017 BMW X3 xDrive28i and have needed a new driver side fender, sunroof drains cleaned out, brake pads and indicator sensors replaced, oil change, etc. The fender was the biggest job so far - I think some random person was walking around one night and just decided to kick mine in for some reason. It wasn't hit by a car because the paint was intact; regardless, I needed to get a new fender as it was bent so bad. Given this car is 9 years old with white paint I thought the new fender would stand out in noticeable contrast to the weathered paint on the rest of the car, e.g., the hood, door, roof, etc. I was totally wrong (see before and after pics) - I don't know how Yuro did it but he matched my paint color and then blended it so well I can't even tell a new fender was put

If I could rate the six stars, I would be the absolute best place totally fair. Totally amazing. Talk to me through everything and really helped me through a rough time. These are the best people in a crisis absolutely would recommend.

I had an excellent experience with Best Service Auto Body Shop. They gave me honest feedback during my total loss estimate and even coached me through the insurance claim process, which made everything much easier to navigate. They also fixed a dent that could have impacted my settlement value. Yuro and the team were easy to reach, communicative, respectful, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. I highly recommend them for both small and large body work.

This is the best auto shop In brooklyn excellent customer service. Yuri and Alex care about their customers they make sure you are happy with the work done. My 2025 Nissan Rogue was in a accident it was fixed like brand new you wouldn't even know it had a accident I wanted to cry . Thank you BEST AUTO really appreciate your service. This is my 2nd time with them I brought my car there 6 years ago same service again excellent work.
